I found a great article about the Toyota Production Systems (TPS) terminology. TPS is also known as Lean and is the basis of The Goal, The Phoenix Project and DevOps. I’ll be using the terminology a lot in the future, so take a moment to read up on the terms. A shared language helps ensure effective communication.
